Welcome to LensIndian (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Products & Services

  • LensIndian provides optical products including sunglasses, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and related accessories.

  • We strive to provide accurate product details, but minor variations in design, size, or color may occur.

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order with LensIndian indicates your intent to purchase the selected product(s).

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner (including Razorpay). Supported methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within the timelines communicated during purchase.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner, and product availability.

  • The risk and ownership of the product transfer to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Products may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Contact lenses and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return once opened.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and graphics, are the property of LensIndian.

  • No material may be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • LensIndian is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You must not misuse our services for fraudulent transactions, illegal activities, or unauthorized access.

  • Providing false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of orders.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal information shared with us will be protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
